This has certainly thrown another spanner into the works regarding a 2008 musical come-back. The is, of course, assuming she will be singing at the event.

Only time will tell whether this is the beginning of something more or whether its just something to keep Rachel busy until her next acting role.``xEkEEFpZuFFEmtYGpUa``x1211278633``x(default)``x``x``x``x Glendogie Bogey, one week today.``xSteve``xJust a reminder that Glendogie Bogey starts a week today on Sunday 25th May on BBC1 Scotland at 4:35PM BST. For those in England, Wales and Ireland, you can get BBC1 Scotland on channel 971 on Sky Digital (Satellite) and on channel 862 on Virgin Media (Cable). Unfortunatley, its only available in Scotland on Freeview.

There was an article in a Scottish newspaper today about the writers of Glendogie Bogey which can be read in full here.

Capaldi and Norton are joined by former S-Clubber Rachel Stevens, who plays Patricia Ravelston, Jeff's main squeeze and a source of much bad-tempered jealousy on the part of Thurston. While the models of Jeff and Thurston are not a million miles from the likenesses of the actors who voice them, poor Stevens, a one-time model, has fared less well with Patricia's looks.

"Patricia wears a cagoule for much of the film and we've given her quite a big bum," notes Jack. "I don't think Rachel saw her model before doing the voice work. That may be because we had hidden it."

Whatever Stevens thinks of her character's assets, The Glendogie Bogey represents another success for Ko Lik and, in a wider sense, animation in Scotland.
``xEkEEEpFFZudElLHeMm``x1211171774``x(default)``x``x``x``x Sex scenes, turning 30 and S Club reunion?``xSteve``x...Rachel reveals to Scottish Newspaper, The Daily Record:

LOOK out boys, gorgeous Rachel Stevens says she would happily strip off for a sex scene.

The former S Club singer has hung her microphone up for a while and wants to pursue an acting career.

And she told the Razz she'd be comfortable with taking her clothes off in the line of duty.

Rachel said: "I'm with an acting management company. We're looking at the script for a great romantic comedy play at the moment.

"Some of the scripts I've read have full-on sex scenes and stuff like that but that's part of it. You've got to go for it."

Rachel said she had enrolled to study an acting technique which would help her overcome any fears about getting naked on stage or screen.

She said: "It's basically about being fully truthful in the moment and putting your attention on to the other person. It taught me that when you are in the moment and take on a role, that it doesn't matter about these things.

"You're not thinking about yourself, so don't have that awkwardness about being naked in front of all the crew."

Sexy Rachel enjoyed solo success with songs like Sweet Dreams My LAX and Some Girls following her stint in the pop group S Club.

She says that turning 30 changed her outlook in life, and although she has fond memories of her days with the band, she is keen to move on to new pastures.

"Although I would love to do more singing at some point, it's not the right time for me to get back into it at the moment," she said.

"I'm throwing myself into acting and focusing on that.

"I just turned 30 in April and, when you get to 30, you get a sense of who you are and a new-found confidence."

Rachel is in the process of moving in to a new home with boyfriend Alex Lee, her childhood sweetheart.

The pair went out for four weeks aged 11, but hadn't seen one another for 17 years until a chance meeting in a shop.

Alex is obviously her No.1, but she says her leading men on screen would ideally be George Clooney or Johnny Depp.

Rachel didn't get to star with either of them when she voiced her new acting role in BBC animated series Glendogie Bogey, but she did have the privilege of starring with renowned Scots actors Alex Norton and Peter Capaldi.

Rachel plays the voice of Patricia, a cheeky and fun girl who helps out a supernatural investigating team on their latest case, before she is abducted by the legendary Glendogie Bogey - a fearsome creature that lurks in the caves beneath a remote Highland golf course.

The 30-minute cartoon follows on from the Scottish BAFTA nominated Haunted Hogmanay.

She said: "Peter and Alex were really good and the faces we pulledmust have looked absolutely ridiculous as we did the voiceover.

"The character I'd envisaged bounced off Alex and Peter and I ended up throwing myself around as I screamed and got into character.

"Alex was hilariously funny and both guys suited their characters so well.

"I've been told I sound quite Scottish in bits, too, and I thought maybe their accent had rubbed off onme.

"I would have had a singsong in it, but Patricia definitely can't sing."

Rachel still thinks fondly of her days in music and hasn't completely ruled out an S Club reunion in the future.

She admitted: "After my second album, I wanted to take some time out.

The pop world was changing so much. I also wanted to take some time out for myself and I loved living in LA.

"If it came about that S Club could do a tour, I'd be up for it, but everyone is busy with other stuff right now.

"It's brilliant that The Spice Girls and Take That have returned and have such a massive following, but that's because music holds memories and if S Club got back together, it would be a celebration of those memories.
``xEkEEpkuylkGYEMWSkX``x1211093082``x(default)``x``x``x``x 2008 Album....or tabloid twitter?``xSteve``xLast week the Daily Express reported that Rachel is currently producing her third studio album.

FORMER S Club girl Rachel Stevens is back in the studio recording material for a third solo album and is determined to keep her singing career on track.

Rachel, 30, says: "I had never been too tempted to do those reality shows such as I'm A Celebrity. It's not really my thing.

"I'd rather stay out of the limelight until I've done something I can feel proud of."

Of her new album she says: "I'm not turning my back on pop. It's going to be a good quality pop album to dance to in your bedroom."

But if things don't work out career-wise, at least Rachel - whose last solo album, 2005's Come And Get It, peaked at No28 in the charts - has love to fall back on.

"She has been dating her childhood sweetheart Alex Leigh for a while now," whispers a pal. "They met years ago - they're like soul mates."

I am personally not sure of what to make of this article. If Rachel is going to make a come-back then it needs to be soon if not at all, which leads me to believe that this article is valid. The success of this track and subsequent releases seemed quite modest when you compare it to the fab years of 2003 and 2004. However, most fans by now, I'm sure, are wishing to re-live the excitment and suspense of 2005 whilst hoping that Rachel would achieve a fraction of the chart success. As we approach the second quarter of 2007 it would be anyone's guess as to whether Rachel will make a come-back to the pop scene within the remainder of this calendar year but one thing is for sure: RSO will be backing Rachel all the way...

Stevens said: 'I've worn Focus Dailies for years. My eyesight isn't 100 per cent and I prefer wearing contact lenses to glasses. They're very comfortable and really convenient for me and my lifestyle.'

CIBA said the advertorials are designed to show the all day comfort and convenience that Focus Dailies provide Stevens whether 'catching a guy's eye', 'jetting from LA to London' or 'attending special events'. They will also feature a Focus Dailies 'money off' first purchase offer and a chance to win lunch with Stevens in London.

When asked at the Los Angeles after-party for ITV4's The Contender whether she was dating Steve, she smiled and replied:
"Others too."

"All the men like the British accent," she says. "They like the whole dating thing, so I've been out on lots of dates."
Looking stunning in a sexy red dress, she also admitted that while they are no longer close, she was excited to see ex-bandmate Bradley McIntosh's new boyband, Upper Street.
"I haven't spoken to Bradley for a while," says the beauty.

"I think he's going to be really good. I look forward to seeing it."

``xEEVluuplupNeucXMsq``x1158422840``x(default)``x``x``x``x Rachel's apparent new relationship``xTony``xFirst pictures and now news reports are all indicating that Rachel Stevens is now dating actor Stephen Dorff.

The first images to point to their relationship surfaced when Rachel was seen spending time on the beach in Los Angeles with the actor.

Popular UK news and gossip magazine The Mirror reports:
Jaime Murray branded him a sex pest last week, but it hasn't stopped Rachel Stevens getting all cozy with Stephen Dorff.

The North London babe, 28, and the actor, 33, shared a romantic Greek takeaway during a date in Malibu. As Rachel was driving, she couldn't even wash it down with a glass of ouzo - it must be love.

Judging by the smile on the one-time S Clubber's face there was no sign of the "stroking and touching" Jaime said the star, who has also dated Sarah Harding and Pamela Anderson, was guilty of.
The Mirror Newspaper and Reveal Magazine have published photographs of the two enjoying their time on the beach in LA, as well as of their Greek-pickup date and leaving the restaurant in Malibu.

Rachel and Stephen have both yet to comment about this supposed relationship, however, the media seems to see some sort of bond between them and the amount of time they have been spending together.

On July 18th, these pop singles were announced as the shortlist:
Last night, September 5th, the winner was selected by a group of judges. Unfortunately, Rachel did not take home the prize this year with her Top15 hit 'I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)'.

The winning track came from UK girl group Girls Aloud who received the prize for 'Biology from their album Chemistry. This is now the third time Girls Aloud receive the £20 Music Prize, with Rachel's 'Some Girls' being the other only winner since the prize originated in 2003.

Although Rachel did not win, we all are aware that 'I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)' is a great pop song and was worthy enough of making the shortlist this year.``xEEVZVVAAVAaTppyTMD``x1157541959``x(default)``x``x``x``x The One with the Jellyfish``xTony``xIt surely has been quite a while since Rachel have updated us with what she's been up to and what her future plans are, but she finally found the time to post a message on her official forums! As we stated a few days back, she is indeed in Los Angeles, more commonly known as LA as we're sure you are all aware, and is having a blast.

Her message is not only informative but actually quite hilarious, but we'll digress for now so that you can read it for yourself before we have a go at something of interest in her entry.

Well as some of you may have realised I’m back in LA! Yes, I’ve said it before... It’s turning into a second home for me. I’m over to have some more meetings and will be here for a few weeks.

Talk about no rest for the wicked ...! This week has been crazy busy! Luckily I came over just before the Emmy Awards so it’s been parties, meetings, lunches, dinners and of course ... A ticket to the show itself! So, not only have I been settling in and getting on to LA time, but I was also hunting around for the perfect Emmy’s dress! I found a great shop called Blue and got a fantastic dress by a designer called ‘Willow’ and was leant some gorgeous diamonds by a designer called Suzanne Wilson. She was very sweet and invited me to her house where she has her showroom and I practically cleared her out! I was dripping in them ..... Every girl’s dream!

The show itself was on Sunday. I left for the event at 2.30pm ... Make-up and dresses like mine were not made for 100 degrees heat!! The red carpet was crazy – just like you’d imagine, very glamorous and absolutely manic – I’ve never seen anything quite like it! I really enjoyed the show. There were some very funny moment and some emotional ones too – it doesn’t take much for me! There were lots of Brits there too. I spotted Ricky Gervais and some of the guys from The Office in the audience. The US version of the show got and award. Richard Curtis also picked up a few for a film called “The Girl In The Café” which is meant to be brilliant – I must get that one out. And Helen Mirren, looking FAB, picked up an award too. I had a few proud patriotic moments! And as if that wasn’t enough for one day, I ended up at dinner with the American Idol crew ... Mr Cowell, Randy and Ryan Seacrest! Did my feet hurt when I got in!!

When I’m not working, the sun’s out, I’m catching up with old friends here and making new ones and of course, squeezing in a bit of shopping.

I hope you all had a great Summer. I really did – I went to Ibiza to meet some friends out there. We stayed in a fantastic villa up in the hills. It was so relaxing and we had a real laugh .... Apart from getting stung by a jellyfish ... Which was an experience in itself! We hired a boat for a day which was just amazing. We rode around all day listening to Ray La Montagne’s new album “Trouble” which I’m just in love with. It’s been the soundtrack to my Summer. We went over to Formentera where the sea is so beautiful it’s like being in the Maldives – warm and crystal clear. So, I was dangling my feet over the back of the boat and missed seeing a jellyfish .... He came up behind me like jaws (cheeky little thing!). It stung like MAD! And what happened on after that stays on the boat .....! But I’m sure you can guess, you’ve all seen that episode of Friends, right? Anyway, we laughed none stop all week which is always good for the soul and today, with the memories still clear in my head ... We all booked again for next year!

Right, I have to go and get some dinner – very hungry! I’ll be in touch soon.

From LA with love,
Rachel xx
In response to when Rachel said, "And what happened on after that stays on the boat....", we have a few things to add.

We've seen that episode of Friends; but for those who have not, we'd like to enlighten your senses a bit as to what exactly Rachel was referring.

As the episode continues on to the second half of its two-part sequence from the preceding season 3 finale episode, "The One at the Beach," Monica was stung by a jellyfish, with Chandler and Joey being the only two friends nearby. She was in too much pain to walk back to the beach house, so one of them remember a tip he or she had seen on The Discovery Channel... the best way to stop the jellyfish's sting from hurting is to... urinate on the person.

Yes, that is exactly what happened in the season 4 opener episode of Friends entitled "The One with the Jellyfish." Chandler urinated on Monica to alleviate her pain... in the same sense then, it seems someone must've done the same "favor" (oh, dear Lord) for Rachel.``xEEVZEZVypysVqgdJxJ``x1157157606``x(default)``x``x``x``x Some confirmation other than official``xTony``xThe rumors of Rachel heading out to the jungle for the next season of I'm a celebrity; Get me out of here! continue. The Daily Star have now published an article, or actually just a small write-up, of what we've all pretty much been told previously. Lovin_Rach scanned the article for us:

Still, no official confirmation of Rachel's joining the new season has surfaced, but the British tabloids, magazines and newspapers continue to push the idea that she will indeed be on the next season.

Whether you deem this to be a 'good' or a 'bad' thing, we really still have no idea of it's validity.``xEEVyAVuyyZnSYvOyaI``x1156936667``x(default)``x``x``x``x Since when?``xTony``x...did Rachel go back to California, or even the USA for that matter?

Well, we received some photos, originally taken for Splashnews, of Rachel outside of the Urth Cafe in West Hollywood.

The caption reads:
Pop star Rachel Stevens poses with her assistant outside the Urth Caffe in West Hollywood. The pair enjoyed coffee under an umbrella on the patio before getting into Rachel's convertible Mini Cooper and heading to a clothes store in Los Angeles.
The pictures surfaced today, however, they were taken on 23rd August. There have been no reports of Rachel's US return or what her plans are in LA.

She was born on 19th September, 1979 in Rush Green making her 26 years old. She now lives by herself in London.

You may recognize Danielle's face as she's had some pretty big television roles: Bad Girls as Natalie Buxton and Hollyoaks as Gina Patrick.

In any event, although this news article is almost entirely pointless, we'd like to point out that Miss Stevens wore the dress (pictured below) long before Danielle did. However, in the celebrity/pop society we live in today, it's bound to happen from time to time.
i.e. Paris Hilton and her cheap version of Rachel’s fancy ’So Good’-era gloves.

Just to rant on a bit further and give some more background, Danielle is an actress who plays the lead role of Natalie Buxton on the tv series Bad Girls. In relation to Rachel, Rachel shot and recorded her music video for 'I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)' on the set as well.

Anyway, let's get on to the our cover story of the day.

On the 25th of July, Rachel Stevens was spotted leaving Ciprianis with a male counterpart, who we identified to be ex-boyfriend Gavin Dein.

Prior to founding Reward, Gavin's career kicked off at Arsenal FC and Nike in multi-million pound sponsorship negotiations and other fan club projects.

Wikipedia reports:
Gavin is most well known for dating British pop star, Rachel Stevens, before splitting up in August 2005. (Source URL)
This August 2006 split was no secret to Rachel fans. Now, almost a year later, Rachel seems to have taken up time with this ex-boyfriend of hers once again.

It is still unknown whether or not the two are dating, but the man with her is definitely Gavin. While Rachel was on vacation a few weeks back, she was spotted having a great time splashing about with another male acquaintance, who most certainly was not Mr. Gavin.

The article went a little something like this...
Rachel Stevens' career as a solo artist has taken something of a nosedive since her latest track Come And Get It failed to find an audience.

But I hear she could be looking at reality TV in a bid to make a comeback.

My spies on the hit show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! reveal they are offering Rachel the highest ever deal for a female to join this November's line up.
But it doesn't end there. No. They later rank her as one of the top celebrities to have on their shows. The source said:
She's worth a mint and we think she is ratings gold.
As for Rachel, she is keeping tight-lipped about the offer, but said: "I do love a good reality TV show and I know they can help a career."``xEEVuupuypyZSPGTzaz``x1154386606``x(default)``x``x``x``x Who would you like to sit next to...``xTony``x...on a plane?

Kylie Minogue was ranked first for which a BA spokes woman said, "and Kylie would obviously be a dream companion for most men," with Angelina Jolie in third and Cameron Diaz in fourth.

Then the articles continues on to add:
For women, the most popular in-flight companion was actor George Clooney. Robbie Williams was second, with actors Brad Pitt, Will Smith and Jude Law in the next three positions.

The survey of 2,000 passengers found that Paris was the most romantic destination, followed by Rome, Barbados, New York and Prague.

Then the article suggests that the lead male role will be given to actor Hugo Speer who appeared in movies such as The Full Monty (1997) and The Interpreter (2005).

Continuing on with the supposedly 'true' article, it then dives into the female role, where Rachel Stevens' name is first mentioned.
The actresses that they’re looking at for the role of the lead are Rachel Stevens and flexible belle of the ball Jennifer Ellison, (Minnie’s pal) who was caught briefly in Joel’s “Phantom” movie.
The 'good news' is that if this rumor is in fact true and does well and is a legitimately decent movie, the article explains that the movie will path off into a spin-off TV series, which would mean a more permanent and long-lasting profession for our star.

Currently, release dates for this movie are yet to be officially confirmed, just like the entire rumor; however, the supposed e-mail suggests either a late fall schedule or a winter one.

Right now, this remains all speculative - just like the Pink Panther sequel rumor and the Doctor Who series role part. But for now, you can discuss this with other members of the Rachel Stevens online community here.``xEEVklAukVpxYjCYbnA``x1152876250``x(default)``x``x``x``x Some girls think they can dance``xTony``xPopular American dance reality show So You Think You Can Dance featured Rachel's very own hit Some Girls as one contestant's solo dance song for the night.

So You Think You Can Dance is a reality dance show aired of course by the Fox Television Network, who also broadcasts American Idol. The show premiered on July 20, 2005 and has a similar premise to the American Idol series of singing competitions, with nationwide auditions leading to the discovery of the next big star, but simply for finding a dancer.

Dancer Natalie chose Rachel's Some Girls for her solo dance performance. Unfortunately for her, she was voted into the bottom 3 that night; however, she was the first one to be saved.

Now, not only has Miss Stevens made her first US cameo celeb appearance on a national television show (American Idol), but she has managed to do the same with her UK British electro-pop hit Some Girls. 2006 seems to be a promising year for Rachel and US celebrity profile!

Below, we have provided you with Natalie's television performance to Rachel's Some Girls via YouTube.

Unfortunately, Rachel Stevens was not selected for the role, however, London-born actress Freema Agyeman (pictured right) did receive the part and has already appeared, playing a minor role, in the latest episode of the TV drama series.

BBC News reports:
Agyeman, 27, will play Martha Jones in the next run of the drama, due to start filming in Cardiff this summer.

Regular viewers saw her in last week's episode where she played Adeola, a minor character who suffered at the hands of the Cybermen.
Well, that's sad for Rachel that she did not get the part, seeing as we have reports of her not only trying out for the role, but also making it rather far in the callback selections.

Either way, it was good experience for her and here's to her next audition, be it a movie or a TV show!``xEEVkEukpZppuOYHlYQ``x1152124070``x(default)``x``x``x``x Well, it's been a year now...``xTony``x...since Ms. Stevens released her second single from Come And Get It, So Good.

Who, you might ask, would dare to copy another popstar's rather recent 'trademark'?

The answer: none other than Paris Hilton, heiress to the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as her father's real estate fortune.

Paris, who recently released her single 'Stars Are Blind,' has once again made a fashion statement based off of another popstar's attempt to begin a new trend. One of our forums members commented:
Those gloves look like plastic, and shit compared to Rachel's [gloves].
No offense to Paris Hilton and the undoubtedly massive amount of money she must have invested in these 'new venture,' but she might want to upgrade those cheap looking things, unless her plan is to mimic a recent Been There, Done That in pop culture.

It even specifically states that she asked producer Tah Mac for one of his tunes.

The article reads:
"Rachel Stevens is going Hip Hop. Fed up with her faltering pop career, the tiny 27-year-old has been secretly sniffing around for cool tunes to record. She was gutted to find out a particular favourite by hot producer Tah Mac had been snapped up by ex-Sugababe Mutya Buena, 20.

A source said "Rachel was in New York and requested a meeting with Tah. She told him that she had heard a demo of a track called "Give Back" and wanted to record it as she's determined to change her sound. Rachel was visably gutted when She was told that Mutya had been given the rights to the song She had her heart set on.

Tah's new single "Get up" featuring ex So Solid member JD and new urban boy Royston is out on Monday and features Sugababe Kiesha Buchannan in the video."
This article seems to have no real credibility as any one of us could make up something extremely similar, release the story to some trashy magazine/paper, and thus, get rich off of a lie.

However, because the validity of this article remains in questons as to wether or not it is in fact true, we would like to encourage you all to read with an open mind. That is, realize it's crap from a gossip column, but yet, still might have some truth to it.

The article reads as follows:
Pop babe Rachel Stevens saved John Duncan's life - by telling him to put his hand down his trousers.

Pals sent John an e-mail featuring the former S Club star warning lads to check their tackle for cancer.

That night John, 28, and English teacher from Aberdeen, found a lump on his left side.

Rachel has made the e-mail advert for the Everyman male cancer awareness month alongside Robbie Williams.
Previously, Robbie Williams was the male celebrity to take the forefront in encouraging men to check themselves for testicular cancer.

This lead role will is for one of the sequels to the movie Pink Panther by Steve Martin.

An article by Dark Horizon, which deems the Pink Panther films as a waste of time, were the first to report Rachel to be on the rumored cast list.

The article, found here, reads as follows:
Steve Martin is rumored to be doing not one, but two sequels to his god awful "Pink Panther" redux for MGM and Sony.

There is one good bit of news, the people behind the camera seem to be improving. Martin is apparently now polishing a script by "Dodgeball" writer/director Rawson Marshall Thurber and Mike Saltzman that sees Inspector Clouseau placed on special assignment with Scotland Yard.

Former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens is one of the names rumored for the female lead. Kevin Kline, Jean Reno, and Emily Mortimer are not expected to return for the sequel. Thurber is also expected to fill the director chair instead of Shawn Levy ("Cheaper by the Dozen") this time.
Author of the article, Garth Franklin, has specified his sources as "assorted," which simply means that there is no official word on any of this.

After months and months of speculation about who will replace actress Billie Piper (pictured right), Sky Showbiz have created a gallery of possible replacements, accompanied by a short article.

Sky have listed Rachel in their gallery of the possible actresses to replace Billie Piper, who plays the role of Rose Tyler on the popular UK television drama series Doctor Who. They follow her listing with the quote:

Welsh warbler Charlotte Church has provoked yet another pop row after branding former S Club 7 hottie, Rachel Stevens, "nothing special".

The acid-tongued Voice of an Angel insists her British pop rival has lost her sense of direction after spending too long trying to break Hollywood as an aspiring actress.

"Is she a singer or an actress?,” Church chuckled. “There's nothing special really is there?

"I am totally different to her and can never see myself networking the acting circuit in Los Angeles, I mean can you imagine?"

[Victoria Newton]'s got a new recruit for [her] Dulux league of celebs who overdo the fake tan — step forward pint-sized pop star Rachel Stevens.

The singer was positively glowing when she hit London’s Benares bar on Thursday for Arena magazine’s annual awards party.

A little word in your ear, Rach — please get out the exfoliator and tone down that paint job.

You don’t want to turn out like queen of bronze Nancy Dell’Olio...
And there you have it; Victoria Newton strikes once again. Rather than 'doing her homework' first, Vic wrote her article insulting Rachel's tan by labeling it fake and cheap. The article entitled Pop goes the star reads as follows:
In the UK, actress pop chick Rachel Stevens is being signed up by WMA and is being touted in la la as a ‘watch this face’. To be honest, I think she’s gonna be a hit. She stemmed from a band called S-Club and had a kid’s show. One of those girls went on to be in the dire "Cody Banks" sequel, but Rachel Stevens looks set for bigger things. I’d take a chance on her, WMA. Push her this way.

The hip-hop outfit recorded the track in 2004 and sparked furious rumours the amorous lyrics were directed at the former S Club 7 singer when Skinner named her in a drunken off-the-record interrogation.

But the cheeky frontman is adamant he threw her name out as a red herring to escape the nosey reporter's questions, and has since apologised profusely.

He says:
"A woman from (British tabloid) the Daily Star came up in a nightclub and asked, 'Who is Fit But You Know It about?' and I said 'I don't want to talk about it, I'm drunk.'

"But she wouldn't go away. So I said, 'Rachel Stevens, because I wouldn't be responsible for my actions if I was in the same room as her.'

"It's the kind of thing you say to your mates but you don't want the girl hearing it.

"It wasn't really about Rachel Stevens. So we e-mailed an apology."

Months ago, UK popular newspapers and magazines reported that Mike Skinner's track...
"When You Wasn’t Famous" describes an evening he spent smoking crack and having sex with an unnamed British pop star, then watching her ply her milk-fed image the next day on U.K. kiddie music show CD:UK. British tabloids have had a field day with the song, with claims that it’s about either former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens or Cheryl Tweedy, vocalist for equally sugary pop group Girls Aloud.
Basically, we've learned nothing more than we already knew, if that makes sense. So this time, since they obviously seem to bring it up so often, we've created special pictures to help emphasize the point:

Anyway, back to the article. When Skinner was asked about the mysterious identity of said pop star, he only pulled out that whoever it was, liked it. Or something along the lines of:
“I will say that the person that the tune is about didn’t mind it at all,” is his only comment on the subject. In the same song, he laments the advent of camera phones, since they hinder his ability to “do a line in front of complete strangers.”
The article then continues on about more of his life etc. etc. If you're interested in reading the full artlce here which will tranport you to LA Weeky's write-up.

So, where do you stand on the issue? Is the perverse song actually about Rachel, or is the article just a load of rubbish invented by the papers? We'd love for you to vote and have your say over at the forums - simply click here.

... ... ...

But wait a minute! In a past, one-on-one interview published by The Sun, Skinner blatantly admitted that the song was not, in fact, about Rachel Stevens, but another pop star. The article quotes him as saying:
"It wasn't really about Rachel Stevens. So we emailed an apology."

Emma Bunton, former Spice Girls star who plans to record a third UK album and release it sometime in 2007, has posted a message on her official website stating that she met Rachel Stevens during her time spent in LA. The two, who have previously met and been photographed together, supposedly 'hung out' as well. The message is as follows:

Apparently the two first met in L.A. a couple years ago - most likely while Rachel was in S Club. The article reports:
Of course at the end adding another report of two celebrities rendezvous, that would makes this true as well. No? Well, another source, that being the UK's largest celebrity gossip newspaper, The Sun adds this about the couple's night:

It's great to be back but I think I got a little too used to the sunshine & it's not looking like summer like out my window right now!

LA seems like ages ago, yet I remember packing to go like it was yesterday. Talking of packing, you should have seen my house when I got home, it's amazing what three months of unpacking looks like, it took me days! On top of that I had the builders straight in, AGAIN..... my house will be finished eventually! (I hope!) It's been chaos, very exciting though because it's all the finishing touches now so I'm picking paint at the moment - my kitchen is covered in splodges where I've been sampling colours, been getting very artistic!

Since being home I've been doing a lot of catching up with my friends & family, it's been so lovely to see everyone & catch up on all the gossip & going over all my stories from LA!

As I'm writing this the heavens have just opened up, it's absolutely pouring. What's going on, we're nearly in June!! It's very British! Whilst I'm having a Brit moment, I just wanted to say that I’m really looking forward to the World Cup - there's definitely going to be a few football parties at my house, I hope you're all going to get behind the boys!
I've just started doing a round of shows again. I did my first one a few weeks ago in Hull. From Beverly Hills to Hull, from Rodeo Drive to the M6 - oh the glamour! Having said that Hull was fab! You really went for it – thanks! I do tend to spend most of my time on our wonderful motorways, where my highlight is popping into M&S which I have to say has been my saviour cos I'm on a health kick at the moment, so M&S is my friend!

I did a gig in Stoke the other night, it was a charity event for the Caudwell Ball where there was a dinner & auction. I went on at about 1am. That night alone raised 1.7 million pounds which was just fantastic. The money goes directly to children all over the UK who are under privileged, so I was very proud to be a part of it. I met a few of the people who benefit from the charity – hi guys! A special hi to Micheala and her family if you’re reading this!

I performed 8 tracks, one of them being an accoustic of Nothing Good About This Goodbye which is definitely one of my favourites on my album, so I bought James my guitarist along on the fun bus! Oh we did amuse ourselves, the gig was in an old mansion house called Broughton Hall which apparently is haunted, so of course we went exploring & were being really mature scaring each other! Anyway I’ve got a few more lined up over the next couple of months. My next one was on Saturday night in Leicester, which was great and on Friday night I'm in Leeds - it's great being back on stage! And even though I joke about my trips up and down the motorway, it means I get to see a bit of the UK which I’ve not been to before.
I'm back into my gym routine, I don't know what's happened to my trainer,he's even more of a slave driver, he is seriously kicking my butt. I've also started pilates which is fantastic for posture and keeping a healthy body so with the combination of the two I've found muscles I didn't know I had & get in to positions I didn't know I was capable of! I do love it, it's very energising! I’m not into crash diets and worrying about weight, I think it’s much healthier to keep yourself fit, eat well and everything in moderation and really enjoy looking after yourself.

Anyway I'm actually going to go to the gym now! I hope you all have a great summer & have lots of fun in the sun!``xEEuAEEVVFuEsjwMKfl``x1149097534``x(default)``x``x``x``x Bobby Gillespie likes Rachel's music``xTony``xScots singer Bobby Gillespie is so pleased with Primal Scream's (his band's) latest album that he's swapped his rock 'n' roll ways for musical highs.

He said: "I like pop. I like things such as Rachel Stevens, the Sugababes, Beyonce and some of the Kylie Minogue records.
"To me, that's been the best music of the last six years, more than the guitar music. Rachel performed her usual set list of songs, consisting of her 'hit singles,' but this time she also added and sang a special live, acoustic performance of 'Nothing Good About This Goodbye.' The onlooker added, "it sounded great live!"

Straight after, she performed "I Will Be There," an album track from Come And Get It. Apparently, she performed "I Will Be There" twice during her section of the show, the second time possibly being either an encore performance, or another acoustic vocal.

She was accompanied by four male dancers, who usually go along with Rachel during each of her universirty tour dates, and the crowd loved her!
The fairytale ball is expected to put more than £1.7m into the coffers of a charity helping special needs children from across South Cheshire and Stafford-shire.

Liberty X and Rachel Stevens performed energy packed sets, wowing the audiences.

The event was on a Fairytale Ball theme - with candy cane trees, stilt walkers and jugglers - and Chronicle news editor Jan Roberts joined reporters from across the region on the Press table.

Her set was approximately 45 minutes in length and included the popular tracks: Negotiate With Love, So Good, Some Girls, and Sweet Dreams My LA Ex. According to the student's review, Rachel also performed a couple songs that he had "never heard before." This could mean one of two things:
1. Rachel has recorded new material and is previewing it certains dates of her current University Tour. Thus, she might be preparing for a fall single, and even a third album release, in which case these songs he "never heard before" could all be brand new tracks, and one of them the brand new single. Yes, either that or...

2. she is simply performing tracks from 'Come And Get It,' her second studio album, and the source, having not heard the latest album, is not aware of their release and, therefore, is unfamiliar with her latest material.
In conclusion, we really do not know if Rachel is in fact performing new material, or if she is just showing off more of the 'Come And Get It' album. In reality, we have learned nothing, gained no real knowledge other than that she might have performed new material, and that the lack of information received means it must have been a small turnout.

However, we do have some additional information about the performances, crowd reaction, and her backup dancers:
According to Danny: "Her perfomance were ace. Some idiot in the crowd threw a glow stick at her, but she carried on regardless just like a true professional would. She made my night!"

She had four male backup dancers, and they did the ribbon dance that was first seen in the "Sweet Dreams My LA Ex" music video.

You decide.``xTony``xCurrently, there is a topic on the forums entitled "Every Little Thing: Good or Bad?" which encourages the users to not only vote on their opinions of the song, but also pour out some feedback to back up their answer.

Many argue that the song is Come And Get It's weakest moment, saying that the track simply does not draw enough attention to itself, or in other words, the track simply does not live up to the rest of the album's superiority.

Opposers, however, comment that the track - although some think it may be single-worthy - generally do not dislike the track, yet still agree that it is a weaker one, and therefore, not single material. Opposers ultimately recognize the track as a happy, upbeat song that fits the album well, but remians just another "album track."

So what are your opinions on the matter? Is "Every Little Thing" a good track, a bad track, or is it simply misunderstood and underestimated for what it's worth? Click the link below and vote in the poll, and if you feel so encouraged as to post your reasons behind your decision, please feel free to (registration is free).

"They seemed rather intimate," said one onlooker.

The pop singer, Rachel, met him while looking for acting work in Los Angeles. There's no doubt she's smitten as she gets ready to plant a smacker on her new fella and snuggles up. A source close to the pair said:

"It's early days for them just yet... she met him while she was working in America [Los Angeles]."

As we reported as a rumor last week, Rachel Stevens was set for the role of Anna Parker in the 2006 movie Hostel 2. She is one of four actors listed in the updated Cast section, which might mean that the information is, in fact, correct, and Rachel will be appearing in this film playing the role of Anna Parker.* Official conformation has yet to be revealed, but rumors are looking to be true so far.

Eli Roth (pictured bottom right), the director of Hostel (pictured top right), Cabin Fever, and Hostel 2, has said that Hostel 2 will be more violent, darker, and bloody than the first Hostel movie.
Working Plot:
While on their honeymoon, Anna and Hank Parker are lured into a sadistic torture chamber by four teenage troublemakers (lead by the vodka abusing Didier). Later, as the four teens enter the chamber to do some destruction, Michael and Christine realize that it was all an elaborate plan from the start.

Also, Paxton (Jay Hernandez) is in a mental facility. Christine is one of the nurses at the center where he stays.

The Staffordshire businessman is renowned for his elaborate parties which have raised millions for charities over the past seven years.

He will once again host the event at his luxury home, Broughton Hall in Staffordshire, on May 20. More than 1,600 business people and celebrities are expected to attend the ball - including glamour girl Jordan and hubby Peter Andre. Mr Caudwell, founder of Phones4U, said: "The Caudwell Charity ball is a wonderful evening of fun and entertainment for all of our guests. This year's will be the most spectacular ever and a truly unique evening.

"Last year we raised more than pounds 1 million. This year I've decide to really push the boat out and aim for pounds 1.5 million, because them The ore we raise, the more children we can help."

All money raised on the evening will go to the Caudwell Charity. ``xEEuVAEyyVFceDFDLAW``x1145898653``x(default)``x``x``x``x Time to clarify some recent rumors``xTony``xLately there have been a few rumors regarding Rachel's upcoming solo material and third album.

One rumor that has been floating was considered to be Rachel's latest, upcoming single. However, the rumors are false. On YouTube, a free place to upload videos, there currently is a clip of a Rachel interview mixed with the track "Gave You My Love," which plays in the background. This clip is actually by the artist Celena Cherry (pictured to the right), who is an underground UK pop artist yet to be established. Her Music Myspace (Click here) features the full track for "Gave You My Love," which not only sounds identical to the one being passed off as Rachel's vocals, but also proves that this is in fact not a Rachel recording, nor is it her new single.

Furthermore, the interview strung above the song is from the VIP section of her official website when she is speaking about "Negotiate With Love." To listen for yourself, click here to check out the YouTube video clip now.

Lastly, a new rumor is being circulated that Rachel has recently covered the Alexis Strum track "Coming Out Strong (No One Does It Better)." The clip associated with this rumor is the original Alexis Strum version, but slightly sped up with added sound effects. It is not Rachel's vocals, nor is it a track Rachel has recorded.``xEEuVFAupFkWbVdxXnp``x1145376032``x(default)``x``x``x``x Rachel gets part in "Hostel Deux" (Rumour as of now)``xTony``xAccording to the English Wikipedia website for the movie "Hostel Deux," Rachel has been cast in an American film! The following information is what has been provided by Wikipedia:
Plot (of Hostel Deux):
A couple on their honeymoon in France learn from four French teens(led by the vodka abusing Didier) about a hostel that is, as they put it "the ideal vacation getaway." Little do they know, it's actually a hellish torture chamber filled with sick, sadistic Buisinessmen. That is until the four teens show up to have some fun. That is when they realize that it was all an elaborate plan from the start. Now there's only one way to escape. Fight Back!
On April 11, 2006, Thomas Kretschmann and Rachel Stevens were added to the cast, playing a newly married couple on their honeymoon. They were added just one day after the studio had a setback with Rick Hoffman leaving the project.

Rachel will be playing a character named Anna Parker. Pink and Rachel Stevens both tryed out for the role of Anna Parker, but Stevens blew the casting directors away and was given the part.

"Hostel Deux" is the sequel to the 2006 hit Hostel. The sequel is said to be released in early January 2007. This one will take place in France and is said to be very similar to its prequel Hostel. Eli Roth will be returning as the director. "Hostel Deux" can also be known as "Hostel 2."``xEEuVFEFkEuEDKPAKxo``x1145295214``x(default)``x``x``x``x Guess which star's cuckoo over Rachel... this time``xTony``xHow much longer can ravishing singerturned-actress Rachel Stevens resist the advances of lonely Hollywood heartthrob Christian Slater? Slater, currently starring in his second run of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest in London's West End, has invited the former S Club 7 beauty (left) to see him on stage - despite a similar ploy failing during the first season.

Says a friend of the actor: "Christian's got a huge crush on Rachel. He really wants to meet her. He sent her tickets to his play last time it was on and she said she would come, but didn't. So he's really hoping she'll show up for this run."

Christian, 36 - who has a well-documented penchant for lap dancers and is divorcing Ryan Haddon, the mother of his two children - will be pleased to hear that Rachel is currently unattached. She split from her last boyfriend Gavin Dein (the son of multimillionaire Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein) at the end of last year.

After trying and failing to establish herself as a solo artist, Rachel, 28, is hoping to launch her acting career, and was recently in Los Angeles auditioning for films.

Maybe she should ask Christian for some tips. ``xEEuuAVFEVFumBuOeXW``x1144935153``x(default)``x``x``x``x ViP: Not in club``xTony``xRachel Stevens has failed in her bid to make it big in Hollywood.

Just wanted to send you a little message to say "Hi" and to give you all an update on what I've been up to here in LA.

I can't believe I've been here nearly 6 weeks already, it's absolutely flown by!

I’ve had a few meetings which have gone really well. One of my meetings the other day was on the 15th floor, of course it had to be right at the top! Anyway at least I got a good work out, and yes, I’m still working on my lift phobia!! I’ve met some very interesting people, once I’ve actually found where I'm going, that is....! The roads over here were very confusing at first and me and maps don’t really go well together. A few days of forgetting that they drive on the other side of the road, and finally learning that you can turn right on a red light, after being hooted at and frustrating lots of drivers along the way wasn’t great, but I’ve got it down now!

Been getting to know all the team at William Morris (WMA), who have been taking very good care of me, showing me the ropes. A couple of weeks ago, I saw Prince - sounds so surreal even writing that! WMA represent him, and he was doing a small intimate gig (at his house!) of his new material, which is fantastic! It's very much got his stamp on it, some of it had a real soulful lounge feel, with amazing guitar solos! The man is a genius. His house is very cool too, lots of purple everywhere, just huge, it's decorated beautifully so I got a few tips for my place... Oh, I particularly loved the purple padded lift, not that I could get in it but of course every house needs one of those!

After we heard the album he came out and played, introducing an artist who is his protégé, just fab! She had so much energy and such an incredible voice and the combination of Prince on the guitar and the band, with her soulful voice and just being that close to someone who I've grown up listening to and who I'm a really big fan of was very special... only in America! I really wanted him to do a rendition of “Little Red Corvette”!

I also went to the Grammys... well I couldn't be at the Brits so it was great to see how they do it on the other side of the pond! They really know how to put on a show over here. My favourite performance was Kanye West and Jamie Foxx. l must have heard that song thousands of times but I don’t seem to get bored of it. It was also great to see lots of Brits there flying the flag - Paul McCartney and Coldplay.

Actually I went to see Coldplay a couple of weeks ago. I'd never seen them live and they really were fantastic! They played at the Forum, which is a big arena over here. I had a good sing song and got my lighter out a couple of times! It made me feel like I was at home! They played all the favourites and an old Johnny Cash song, which was very emotional & then at the end they hit us with "Fix You," which can always makes me cry! It was a perfect song to end with.

This weekend was Oscar weekend, which was very exciting. Fabulous dresses!

Anyway I have to go now but I hope you're all well and thanks for all your ongoing support, I will keep you posted.

Love from LaLa land,
Rachel xxxxxx ``xEEukpEyFEZRmwdvqIK``x1141998317``x(default)``x``x``x``x Additional Uni Tour dates!``xTony``xRachel has announced that she will be doing yet another University Tour. ``xEEukpEykVVQuVyYvaC``x1141998255``x(default)``x``x``x``x Rachel's Stateside acting``xTony``xSexy Rachel Stevens has hired Brad Pitt's audition coach as she desperately tries to get her big Hollywood break.

The sizzling 27-year-old was snapped as she left a class with Margie Haber carrying her homework - a script and a copy of Margie's book How To Get The Part... Without Falling Apart. The former S Club singer has been spotted going to a string of Hollywood auditions in the past few weeks.

She hopes the classes will give her the break she needs and keep her off the list of Brit actors who have failed to make it Stateside.

Rachel may also need some other lessons. She has been living in LA for some weeks but hasn't quite got the hang of driving. She got lost on the way from the class in her Mini Cooper convertible and had to stop and ask for directions.

According to The Sun's gossip columnist Victoria Newton, Rachel has been auditioning for parts already. In today's paper, she said that she bumped into an ex-Eastenders actor in LA who said he was auditioning for a television show along side Rachel Stevens. By the sounds of it, Rachel has already been cast in something. Remember though, this is coming from The Sun so it may not be true.``xEEuEupEyuFNIryvXVd``x1141383643``x(default)``x``x``x``x Rachel and Jeremy both in LA``xTony``xRachel Stevens, formerly of S Club 7, spent the afternoon having lunch at Il Fornaio in Beverly hills, CA with a pregnant female friend. The singer, who is in America to get her acting career off the ground, picked up a drink at Jamba Juice and then walked to the trendy restaurant where she devoured a salad and the relaxed with a cigarette afterwards.

And British actor Jeremy Edwards strolled along Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles, CA with his girlfriend. The couple made their way to the Newsroom cafe for some lunch. Edwards split from S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens in 2004 who is also in L.A. at the moment trying to break into acting.

British popstar Rachel Stevens atteneded an audition technique class at the 'Margie Haber' studio in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The British babe left with a script and book, titled 'How to get the part...Without falling apart', to help her through her future acting career.

She has been living in LA for some weeks, but got lost on the way to the class in her new convertible Mini Cooper. She had to stop and ask directions, as well as drinking a bottle of water as she battled through the LA traffic.

How To Get The Part ...Without Falling Apart! is the answer to every actor’s audition prayers. Acting coach Margie Haber has created a revolutionary phrase technique to get actors through readings without stumbling over the script. The book helps actors break through the psychological roadblocks to auditioning with a specific, 10-step method for breaking down the scene.

Actors learn to prepare thoroughly, whether they have twenty minutes or two weeks. With a client list that includes Halle Berry, Brad Pitt, Kelly Preston, Heather Locklear, Vince Vaughn, Téa Leoni, Josie Bissett, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Laura Innes, and Tom Arnold, among others, Haber encourages and leads the reader through the audition process with helpful and oftentimes humorous examples. As I'm sure many of you are aware, the album debuted at No.28 on the official UK Album Charts back in October 2005, and shortly after, dropped like a stone only staying in the Top 200 for a total of four weeks.

The album has now sold over 18,000 copies in total and looks likely to eventually shift 20,000 copies. It will receive no Gold or Platinum success, but week by week the total sales accumulate more and more.

Rachel is currently on a musical hiatus and has traveled to America in order to focus her career in a new direction, non-musical. She will return to the UK around May (ie. late spring), and even then, may or may not release a final single from Come And Get It.

The pint-sized UK pop singer is in the US for auditions and, judging by her grin, is loving every minute of it.

Rachel Stevens, 27, met with some friends at the L.A. eatery Toast this past Sunday. "She was beaming," says our state-side spy, "when asked if she is working on a film, she just smiled and said: 'Enjoy your day.'"

There has been no response from Rachel and her management as to acknowledge, accept, or revoke his over, but it is always nice to see others in the music business who care for our pop princess starlett.

However, in the 3 December, 2004 article printed by The Daily Records, Skinner was quoted saying:

The Streets' Mike Skinner has sent a grovelling apology to Rachel Stevens. Mike famously claimed his track "Fit And You Know It" was about the former S-Club babe.

And the Streets' star went further, saying he wouldn't be responsible for his actions if he ever ended up in the same room as the singer.

"I think I scared Rachel a bit' cos some TV reporter in some bar and said 'What is Fit and You Know It all about? And I was drunk and I was like 'go away'," said Mike. "Then I said 'it's Rachel Stevens and I won't be responsible for my actions if I was in the same room as her' and it got requoted and it made me sound an absolute animal.

"I'm a genuine ladies man and I'm really friendly. So I didn't mean to offend you, Rachel, and I did apologise. I sent an apology to her management."
